Only ViralExpress Members with a paid subscription may open an account.

ALL members must use their ViralExpress ID as their username. Otherwise, the account will not be activated.

PLEASE REFRAIN from adding ***ViralExpress, and/or CyberWheelers*** banners for display. They will be deleted without notice. You may use other images and link TO a 3S, CW or VE page, just none of their banners or name mentioned in banner image. It means better quality exposure for members including you!

Members acknowledge that theBannerX.com is a ViralExpress Member only service. If you do NOT have a *current* subscription to VEPRO, your account will be suspended until your membership is paid and active again. This means your banners will not display throughout our partner networks.

Anyone determined by theBannerX.com administrators to have violated the terms and conditions on this page is subject to being banned from theBannerX.com without any obligation by theBannerX.com to redeem any credits on account.

Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by theBannerX.com. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.

NO banners to the following will be accepted:

- NO Prescription Drugs, Medications
- NO Ponzi Schemes, Money Pyramids or Gifting Programs
- NO Adult Content (including cigarettes), Pornography, Nudity
- NO Warez (browser hijacking tools, bootleg software, spyware, etc.)
- NO Illegal activity, or anything not deemed family friendly+

All members agree to utilize the services of this banner exchange program at their own risk. theBannerX.com, its administrators, theBannerX.come and it's partners cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of this banner exchange program.

Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services.

Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from theBannerX.com and forfeit all credits.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold theBannerX.com and its sponsors (theBannerX.com) harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
